Brighton promoter wants to lure Piranhas back for one-off gig | |||||||||||||||||||||||
Brighton promotions company Luminous Spook are trying to get the Piranhas to reform for a one-off gig at Concorde 2. In their late 70's heyday the Piranhas were Brighton's favourite home-town band and could always be guaranteed tp pull a good crowd wherever they played. Luminous Spook overlord Adam Brown told us that he'd also like to get Nicky & the Dots and the Lillettes together on the same bill. "It would be good to showcase some decent Brighton music at a great new venue." All three bands played at the old Concorde on Madeira Drive in the late 70's. E-mail us at feedback if you are interested or speak to Adam direct on (01273) 708735. |
