Lord Lucan is still missing

Twenty three years on and Lord Lucan is still missing. The wealthy aristocrat made his escape all that time ago. The Dodgems originally recorded 'Lord Lucan is missing' on the Vaultage 78 album, Two Sides of Brighton. Like so much of punk, it is still relevant today.

The song was also put out as a single in 1980 on Criminal Records. Produced by the now-even-more-famous Jonathan King, it got to number two in the NME Independent singles charts. Sitting above the Dodgems at Number 1 was Joy Division with 'Love will tear us apart'.

Many thanks to former Dodgem Doug Potter who recently sent us a whole batch of old photos and stuff. To have a look, click on the Dodgems image.
