The dog's bollocks of Brighton punk - photos uploaded

Wow! What a day! I can't believe everything went so fantatically well. I'm delighted, thrilled at the turn out and the wonderfully warm and friendly atmosphere.

All the bands were really on top of their game and for that I'll be eternally grateful. The evening session carried on where the afternoon left off - packed to the rafters! Again everyone played their part with scintillating sets.
Class acts, everyone of you.

To all the performers and my fantastic crew (Mick, Mark, Lily, Amy, Peter, and James) -
Steve the sound man who continues to amaze me with his brilliant handling of all types of bands, Will from the Albert who encouraged me to do this from day one and turned the whole pub over to us for this, (and all the bar staff and the exceptional chefs, topnotch grub you guys!) -Kevin and his film crew who were so patient and polite and asked relevant and intelligent questions in their interviews and DJ Wag who kept us all entertained in between, I can't say thank you enough.

And to all you wonderful people who spent your hard earned dosh coming to the Alldayer, we simply couldnt have done it without you. I know everyone really enjoyed themselves and it was all in an atmosphere that I cant even begin to describe. The only word I can think of is magical.

Whilst I'm at it, I'd also like to thank everyone who sent me such glowing emails in the last couple of days, I'm now emotionally drained but feeling more inspired than ever and really warmed by you solid Brighton people, so cheers!

Also apologies to anyone who tried to have a proper conversation with me on the day, I was a bit too pre-occupied and had to keep my eye on the ball so that everything went according to plan. And man, it fuckingwell did!

So please bear with me - it's gonna take a while to get anything up on the site from the Alldayer as my basement ceiling caved in a week before the gig so I have all that shit to make good.

My son James took over 900 photos so expect to see a whole load more of these as soon as I've had a chance to get my arse in gear and my Photoshop head on. In the meantime, scroll down a bit and have a taste...

Looking forward immensely to getting a copy of the video which I'll post on the site, though that will take Kevin and his team a while to edit.

The exhibition seems to have been really well received by everyone and I'm seriously thinking of launching a stand-alone exhibition somewhere in the centre of town if I can find a suitable venue.
