Arcive January 2004

So! Another year flies by and an eventful one it was. In dear old Brighton itself, we had the well-dodgy fires that finally destroyed the West pier, pre-empted in the prophetic artwork of Ken Hogg on the old Attrix album cover, see image opposite. You can read all our archived front pages for the whole of 2003 by clicking on the anarchy Archive button above.

There was also twelve months of Stuart Jones with his Reviews of his top punk and new wave albums, following on from the wit and wisdom of his Attrix Memoirs. Let's hope Stuart continues to write for this site over the coming months.

Thanks to everyone for some blinding emails, the best of which you can read in depth, see the buttons above. Thanks also to Mark Lane, who, after a flurry of emails back and forth to the States, sent us some photos and info on Brighton bands the Ammonites and the Same (click the punk bands button above). Mark will be featuring Brighton punk on his Seattle radio show in February 2004, playing tracks from a batch of Atrrix bands. More on this in the new year.
